This BellyBottle website is controlled and operated by PKP Ventures, LLC at its headquarters in Florida, United States. These terms of use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida without regard to any Conflict of Law Provision. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or Federal Court located in Florida.

We will be sure your name is removed from our list (and the list we may share with third parties) as soon as possible after we receive your request. Please be aware, however, that even after your request is processed, we may, for a time, retain residual information about you in backup and/or archival copies of our database.

Personal Information

When you join our mailing list, create an account, or make a purchase through our site, your personal information is collected and stored. The basic personal information we collect includes, but is not limited to, your full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.

 

Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your BellyBottle purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After the transaction is complete, your transaction data is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standard Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Non-Identifying Information

Non-identifying information are solo portions of your personal information that cannot be linked to you when seen alone, for example, your zip code or state. BellyBottle uses non-identifying information for statistical measurements to ultimately improve your experience on our site. We may combine your non-identifying information with your personal information to provide services to you, such as delivering a product or addressing your inquiries.

 

Log Data

When you visit BellyBottle.org, our servers will automatically record and store information that your browser sends to every website you visit. This information is called log data. Log data can include but is not limited to, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, web address you were visiting before coming to BellyBottle.org, search information, the BellyBottle.org pages you visited, and duration of time spent on each page. We collect this information to analyze and optimize our site to provide the utmost functionality to you.

 

Use of Cookies

When visiting our site, BellyBottle will place a “cookie” on your browsing system. A “cookie” is a piece of data that is sent to your browsing system to allow for an optimized experience on our site. Persistent and session cookies on your browser will allow us to remember your login information and cart items when you return to our site. Parts of these cookies will be deleted when you close your browser or log out of your account on BellyBottle.org. We recommend allowing the use of cookies so we can provide the best online experience possible, however, if you wish to browse privately, without the use of cookies, you may instruct your browser to do so.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.  

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.)

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

Cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

storefront_disgest, unique token, indefinite if the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

PREF, persistent for a very short period, set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where.

 

 

 

TRS:

Unique, 24-digit identifier (ID) for tracking partnerships. This cookie is stored in the client browser and identifies database records that contain the touchpoint data.

 

TRSCJ:

Fallback cookie with the rudimentary touchpoint data for tracking partnerships. This cookie contains all touchpoint data encrypted on the client browser.

 

trs_db_optout:

When you click on the tracking opt-out link, a special cookie is written, which deactivates tracking in the current web browser of the end device. However, tracking is reactivated as soon as you delete the tracking opt-out cookie.

 

E-Mails

BellyBottle collects your email address to provide necessary transaction confirmation notifications. You may also opt-in to be a part of our BellyBottle mailing list. In doing so, we will use your email address to provide promotional or marketing material regarding the launch of new products, events, service, and other items of interest.

BellyBottle’s email newsletter or BellyBottle.org may contain links to third-party websites. When you click on these links you will be transferred to the third-party website. Google Analytics

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at. This includes demographics and interests. We will never share this data with anyone outside of BellyBottle. This data is only collected so that we can better serve our customers.

If we deem it necessary or appropriate, BellyBottle will cooperate with law enforcement officials and private parties when asked to disclose any information about you.

 

Business Transfer

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, BellyBottle will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 years. If you are under 13, please have your parents or legal guardian enter their information when required. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided his or her personal information without parental consent, please contact team@BellyBottle.org, and we will remove the information from our files. Additionally, if BellyBottle becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with his or her personal information, we will delete the information from our files.

When we have co-branded or sponsored services or promotions, or when we join with other parties to provide specific services, we may share (provide and receive) your personal information with them.
