Why so much water during pregnancy?
Thirsty growing baby! Normally, your body needs 60-75 oz. of water a day. With a growing baby, you’ll need closer to 96 oz. to help hydrate your new roommate.
Carry nutrients faster! Consistent water intake helps transport and absorb essential nutrients into the growing cells your baby is quickly developing.
Reduce pregnancy symptoms. Common pains like morning sickness, heartburn, indigestion, constipation, and body swelling can be quickly alleviated with correct water intake, helping the body hydrate all mechanics.
Prevent dehydration. Pregnant or not, lock of proper hydration causes headaches, cramping, and dizziness which can significantly effect your daily performance.
